i have a lot of people trying to send me personal payments and they say that on their end it says that my acccount does not accept personal payments. i have no messeges of such or anything on my paypal. i would like to recieve this money. thank you.
Regrettably due to different government rules and regulations, PayPal may not be able to be able to offer the same features to all PayPal account holders. By the look at your issue, it appears accounts registered in your country are not able to accept personal payments (Friends and Family) at this time.
