I've waited nearly a week for paypal to deposit to bank so I could confirm connection. And I'm very annoyed that it's impossible to wake you up. Your own system should have alerted you that a newly opened has been confirmed and that should have prompted an e-mail from you.
My original account creation transaction was terminated by a neighbourhood shutdown of electricity. Somehow that transaction was completed, and you did send an e-mail. But because I didn't have electricity for several hours I missed that email and had no way to respond.
Your communications suck. I'm done.
