I tried to verify my credit card and they took $2.45 from my account ok . I was to see the transaction on my credit statement and to look for a pp# which is to be sent back to PayPal . I noted the # ( pp 5648 ) and sent it into Paypal. I got a message saying that it had been recorded and that the money would be returned to my cerdit card account within 24 hours. That was a month ago and my Paypal aaccount shows $2.45 credit. But my limit has not been lifted and my credit card not showing a deposit from Paypal.
I had purchased some custom buit guitars from a seller who prefers to be paid by Paypal. I had to place 1\2 down when placing the order and 1|2 when the guitars are ready to ship. This was an $11,000 order. The guitars are ready but I can't use Paypal to send the balance because I can't get Paypal to lift my limit.
Contacted the seller and he agreed to take a check.
