okay so when i tried to make an online purchase to buy Windows 8 Pro it came to $44.79 and i recently updated my Credit Card Info but forgot to Link my Card after updating it so then it charged my bank account so then it overdrafted that i can deal with because then i got paid a few days later so then i was no longer overdrafted but then it refunded my money however then Paypal deducted $40 from my account but then it also charged my credict card and didn't refund my money into my bank account so i was charged on both my bank Account and Credit Card so what do i do here?
