Withdrawal issues

Hello, I added my bank account and it is verified. It is primary and confirmed. But I am not able to withdraw from my funds into the my bank account. It says "We're sorry, we need more information. Please contact Customer Service for assistance." So, I emailed them and just waiting for a response. Does anyone know why this might occur?
