Why does it take so long to receive money from my bank to PayPal.

So I have been waiting 7 days now. I looked online and found that I now have to wait 4 more days till that pending money gets to me. Is there anyway to fix this? Or make the process go faster? If not then I see why I don't know anyone who uses PayPal for online purchases...

Why are you bothering to transfer funds from your bank account to your paypal account balance?

You never need funds in your paypal account balance to buy items so not sure why you are doing it?

Because whenever I try to pay with paypal it tells me error or something along those lines.
