I paid for a Dyson vacuum I bought on ebay but I was not given the opportunity to input the 20% off code promotion. Why doesn't paypal just automatically apply ir ot make it clear that there is a code for this product. No i'm wasting my time posting on this message board to get the extra 20% off I was supposed to get in the first place. Please can it be applied to an order that has already been placed?
