Hi, I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I am trying to pay an invoice that is being issued in Mazatlan, Mexico. The vendor is a contractor who is working on a house that I own there. The vendor has a Paypal account and has created an invoice. The invoice has been sent to my Canadian e-mail account. The invoice amount is MEX$250,441.67. I am trying to pay the invoice with funds from my Canadian bank account. I have previously paid invoices to this vendor using Paypal.
When I try to pay the invoice, I get a message from Paypal that says that the payment cannot be processed at this time and to please contact the vendor to arrange for alternate payment. This has happened to me about 6-8 times today.
Does anyone know what is happening with this attempted payment?
