Hello I have received an invoice from a person that I have no business with. There has been previous transactions with this person through PayPal and they have been finalised. Why it was sent to me I do not know. All I know is I have no further business with this person and want to know how to 1) Cancel or Reject the Incoming Invoice Request 2) Block this person permently from my PayPal account. 3) If I get sent an Invoice or payment request can I get into trouble in any way if I just ignore it.
