So, to be short, I'm trying to sent in "friends & family" mode, with my paypal balance ( i'm linked to both bank account and credit card since more than 5years ).
SUDDENLY, when I send, the fee is locked at $2.31 USD, when I am just trying to send $14.00 USD. (my balance is in USD already).
Normally, the fees applying should be 2.9% + 0.30$, so : 0.70$ USD.
No matter the amount, it sticks at $2.31 USD, even if i put 100 USD instead of 14.
So the question : Why my transaction fee is LOCKED on $2.31 USD?
It does it with everyone I try, be it local (same country), international, etc.
