Paypal has resolved all of them for me. 1. Paypal added 10$ credit for correction and 2. Make all the payments go through.

I recently have 3 payment under review by paypal. 1 payment was to send money to my friend and pay back the money I borrowed from her before (is this allowed in paypal to send money to other not to buy things?). The other 2 transactions to buy used textbook for my coming term (The guy I bought book is my classmate and he brought books to class for me). This is first time he got money via paypal and he asked me to do a draft of $20 before sending him the whole money. I contacted both of my friends to response to Paypal. How long should I expect the cases will be resolved?
