It doesn't seem fair that PayPal is holding the total amount of a sale, valued at over $600.00 USD and not even relaesing funds for postage, which I have to incure in full, yet they send me a bill for their demanded percentage of the sale and it's a demand payment.
If PayPal is going to withold partical or total sales funds, should they not be required to also wait till they release the held funds before billing and collecting for their services ?
It only makes sense in respect to a customer relations and the fact that the concract between the seller and buyer is not complete, legally, until the seller has the agreed apoun funds in his possession.
