I just got an email from paypal that an order I placed for $15.45 failed due to insufficient funds. However in my bank statement it is clear that there WAS sufficient funds, that paypal DID take the money out, but that paypal then returned the money to my account. WTH? There is no negative balance showing in my paypal account, it's at $0.00 right now.
I have no idea how to go about resolving this, as I still have to pay the $15.45 for the item I purchased but paypal's contact us page is complete bollocks and will only let me contact them for very specific issues - none of which this particular issue fits with.
This is the first time I have had an issue with paypal, but it is frustrating none the less as there is a very likely chance that I am going to get hit with an NSF fee for paypal's screw up!!
