My paypal account says i have to verrify it and it tells me to add my phone number in order to verrify it, it says i cant use that number because it isnt mine. I dont know how i can verrify it if it doesnt let me use my number.

You should probably call in. Your number may be linked to a family plan or a phone billing that's not registered to your name.
