[Help Request] Unable to confirm bank account/how to cancel a transfer i sent to it?

Hi 👋 Yesterday i wanted to purchase something online ( a game on the ps store) with some PayPal funds i received from an online sale ( the money was sent as a personal payment and not through eBay if that matter) but it was telling me that my credit card informations was incorrect or something like that. I though it could be because i had three empty prepaid cards linked on it, so i remove all the three cards. It was still giving me the same invalid credit card informations error. I started to search online on many forums to find a solution or even an alternative that could resolve this problem. I found many old and recent posts about that error but none with a solution that worked for me. Most post did not even had any solutions but on some, people were recommending those solutions; make sure PayPal is set as your primary payment method on you PlayStation Account. Mine was already set as primary but i also had prepaid credit cards linked to it so i removed them just to make sure that they doesn't interfere in the payment process, without success. They also said to make sure that on our PayPal, it is configured to use the funds on it automatically before taking money anywhere else. It was already setted to do so. Then on some other post they where saying that all the informations of bot our PlayStation and PayPal accounts had to be the same so i made sure everything was the same, it already was. After that i though that contacting the live chat support would be a good idea ( the phone customer support is most of the time horrible, those who work for them are mostly just speaking English, and for the few who are able to speak french, they all come from foreign country with heavy accent that make them really hard to communicate with since i got difficulty to understand them and they have too for understanding me. Plus the email support are just answering on some weekly hours and the game i want to purchase is on sale for this weekend only.) But when i tryed to contact them, after filling the form correctly. ( it writes everythings automatically since i saved all my informations into Google Chrome a few years ago and i always use the sames since that time, but i also did multiple attempts manually "just in case". A page was loading up telling me that the live chat support was currently offline, even if the hours specified on the site was telling it was suppose to be available. (I noticed that the link of the live chat was ending with"/liveagenterror" and tough that their servers could be down.) On that same page it was also telling that i could send a tweet to @AskPlaystation , so i did. After that i explained the error about invalid informations i was getting, they replied that the live chat support was available and that i should contact them. So then i had to explain the second problem that i faced. They told me to try on a PC because the website could gave me error since i was on a mobile device. Went on my PC but it gave me that same error page. I then tried to clear all my browsing datas, without success. I tried a different browser without success again. I went back ask help on twitter at @AskPlayStation since i had another problem, but after that i explained them again they simply told me to contact the live chat account, again. (it was the same exact message as the previous) so i supposed that maybe they did not understood my whole problem. So again i explained everything but i tryed to explain everything as the best i could. I explained the PayPal problem on my PSN account, that i needed to be fix this weekend because of the sale on the game i wanted so waiting for email support was not possible, also explained the language difficulty that was stopping me from calling them. I explained all what i tried to be able to use the live chat support without any success. After all those explanations with as much details that i could in a single message, followed by pictures of all the errors i received on my console/phone/PC. They simply replied a short generic message saying call at a specified number or to contact the live chat support with a link to it, then they just stopped to reply to me so i understood that they did not care at all about my prosuccess( just to specify, after this i tried the phone support but it was saying that the PlayStation customers support was currently unavailable and that i had to call on specified hours. I checked online for the current time of the time zone they were specifying on and they were suppose to be available.) Forced to go back search for solutions on google, i found some additional potential solutions. I tryed to make the purchase trough the mobile application, on the browser of my mobile and on my PC too without success.i also checked to purchase a digitally delivered ps store codes as an alternative ( even ifbestfriendd still had to found about two dollors to have enough for the game i wanted it would had been a start at less ) but most was for usa only or all the canadian ones had ridiculous fees ( on Amazon.ca the ps store codes of 50$ sold by Sony are 93$) so thats not an option. Then i saw someone saying on the PlayStation forum that it was because you had to have a real credit card or bank account linked to it. ( he was specifying it was because sony was not allowing refunds but sometimes PayPal can force a refund under some circumstances so they must be able to go get back that money you got from the refund somewhere, on your linked credit card or bank account in that case. ) this made sense to me so i wanted to try it out but i dont have any credit cards other then prepaid visa and mastercard. When i was doing this my bestfriend was here with me and told me that he had a bank account and would not mind that i use it for that purpose since he saw all the problems i had so far. We added successfully is bank account but i had the same problem about wrong credit card informations. ( i also tried to change all my psn account and PayPal account informations to my friend is billing adress for everything to match but still no luck. ) then he askedpay if i could transfer my PayPal funds to is bank account then pay with it so i said yes thats possible, so we tried to do that. I sent a transfer to is bank account but then it was saying i had to confirm two deposite PayPal made but so far he received nothing so he is scared to be scammed since he doesnt now what PayPal is and we got a few complications so far with it. So now i want to know how i may get back that money if its not in his bank account or my PayPal and he doesnt want to continue the process? Also is there any solutions to pay with PayPal on the ps store? Thanks alots!
