Adding a Credit card with a different name?

Is it possible to add a credit card that has a different First and Last name to the account? I wanted to add my step brothers credit card to the account and it won't let me change the last name when trying to add the credit card. Is there a way to do this?

Unfortunately not as the card must be in your name.

So is he going to have to make a brand new account? How long does it take to verify a credit card?

If you setup a PayPal Account, all financial information must match the account owners name and address.

The process to verify a credit card can take several days.  You register the card, then PayPal will charge a small amount to the card. You then have to check your card statement records to retrieve a 4 digit code.  Once you have the code, you enter that into your account to complete the process.  After that, the small amount charged to your card will be credited back to your PayPal Account Balance.

Hi, I have this option (I remember that in the past wasn't the option to add bank account with other last name).

I do business with my relative and it will be more convenient to withdraw money to his back account.

So I want to know if paypal won't do problmes with it.
