Trying to sign up for a service which costs 5.99 / month.  I have 67.43 in my account *and* verified cards.

Keep on getting this message

"You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money."

I've seen this on the forum a few times but no resolution!  Help please

Yep, that message does not make a lot of sense.  Do you have a bank account linked and confirmed?
