Everytime I go to make a payment it says "Card has been denied by card issuer" etc etc, I'm using a 50$ Visa Prepaid card, but everytime I try to make a payment on something, it's denied..
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
