Like in topic. On balance is money (ex. Same $ like i want pay for something plus -more - in other curency). PayPal use card not this money (for subscription, instant pay etc on HumbleBundle ex). Before march all payments work ok but now PP use all time money from card (with **bleep** curency calculate for me).
Any one know why and how change this? In option it say - balance first, after this card. In prcatice - all time card....
