Hello, I need help sending money, I added a prepaid MasterCard to my PayPal, I've confirmed the card already, but yet I still can't send any money? I also have the PayPal set to take money out of that card and not the PayPal balance.. If anyone could help me that would be very helpful! Thanks so much, Dalton.
