Did not recieve item.

Hi, I made a purchase of 30$ using a prepaid visa card from eBay. Its been a month and I never recieved the item. I e-mailed the seller several times, he keeps saying he shipped it. I asked for the tracking #. He never gave it to me and stopped answering my e-mail. On my transaction history it doesn't show the I.D. for this purchase but I do have the receipt #. Can someone please tell me what to do? Thank You

You have 45 days from the purchase date to open a dispute in the resolution centre

If its an Ebay item open it on Ebay

If you cant open it on Ebay contact ppal directly, click the "contact us" call us/email us tab on the ppal site

Ask them to open an INR dispute for you

If you do call dont select any options just hold on until you speak to someone
