Dear All,

Have you ever had success to contact to a paypal employee (real live person) thru a valid paypal e-mail address.

If so id like to have that e-mail address.

Emailing is pretty much a waste of time in my personal opinion so these are the best options  >>

Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or press 0.

 have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

thank you very much for your detailed and straight answer.

Im not a native English speaker so i dont know if i could explain my complaint thru phone. not to mention that i live in Europe and i dont know what about the time zone diff.

and my complaint is about transaction IDs and stuff and i have printscreens to prove my right.

so all-in-all id need a working e-mail address, but im not so positive ...

However i want to send them printscreens of my and the (should) receiver paypal account which contain confidential information so twitter and FB are not doable.

im afraid the only way is e-mail

dont you think it is more than strange that such a big and serious company has no e-mail addresss?

Sending them a PRIVATE message via Facebook or Twitter is as safe as any email.
