However, you do have some options - one is to contact Tech Support and another option that can be suggested is to try deleting your web browser's cookies, temp files, cache and history, then close the browser, reopen it, log back in to your account and retry what you were doing. You can also try a different web browser - sometimes that makes a difference. If the results are the same, then you may want to contact Tech Support.
