missing money

PLEASE HELP ASAP. I had a recent transaction and it was over an invoice. I sent in the tracking number and everything and it ssaid i would recive the money as soon at the package was delivered. It got delivered today at 6 pm and i still have not received my payment. What is worng? It said once it was delivered that it would let me access the funds, and it is not allowing me to do so.

Some buyers would not examine the package upon receipt,so Paypal/Ebay give them a few days/

Some items may need to be assembled and tested,so give them some slack.

if this is Ebay hold,call Ebay in 2 days and ask them to release it.
