If you'd like to request a PayPal Debit MasterCard, you can do so here: www. PayPal.com/debitcard

You can only request a card if you have a Premier or Business account. When requesting the card, if you don't, the system will automatically request that you upgrade your PayPal account which is really easy to do. I would recommend selecting Premier if you don't consistently sell through PayPal. There are no additional charges to have a standard Business or Premier account.
