i just added a prepaid visa card on my paypal and it won't let me send money it's annoying as **bleep** i have $34 in my prepaid visa card and it keeps saying we can't send your payment right now and it's super annoying i need help because iv'e been trying this since yesterday and it's not working this is **bleep** me off someone please help
