I sold an item on eBay, the buyer paid on Wed oct 25, the buyer used echeck. The buyer told me the money was taken out of her account Thursday morning. PayPal still will not clear payment it's now 3 business days from when the money was deducted from buyers bank account. Echecks cler faster than paper checks. I know that clearing houses clear checks within 48 hours. So why the delay. Should I not accept checks of any kind?
