did not receive merchandise Modlily

I purchased from Modlily and did not receive merchandise.  I used Paypal.  Now what do I do?

Contact the merchant for a resolution.  Any reputable seller would handle it for you.

You're **bleep**.  Modlily is a rip-off.  They won't replace the item unless you ship it back to China.  Yeah - check those shipping rates.

After you contact them and get insulted with their response, you can escalate the dispute the PayPal, but they'll only offer less than 1/3 what you paid.

Lesson learned - just because you can use PayPal to buy somethings, its not necessarily a safe transaction from rip-off companies.
