I am trying to make payments in different currencies. How do I figure out whether I can make payments out in certain currencies (and related fees)?
Also how can I add credit cards under non USD currencies for easier use (less fees and translation loss) in non-USD situations?
Thanks,

if you open a Paypal account in USA,your local currency is US $.
linking a card issued by a foreign entity, you could end up with more conversion fees .
Paypal will show you how much it would cost you when you want to make payment in a foreign currency ,there is a 3% conversion fee you will pay .
not sure if you can link a card issued by a non US institution in non US currency,if it does link,Paypal may do a conversion from that currency t o US currency ,then your card issuer will convert it back to its currency.
dont be a smart **bleep** and complicate your life, keep it simple.
