Hi All!
I would like to apply a 20% discount to my PayPal cart when customers go to check out. But, it's not working.
Using the PayPal website and logged into my account, I have editted my existing buttons and added variable "discount_rate_cart=20" I have also added "tax_cart=6" because I read somewhere it was needed. However, the discount is not applying.
What am I doung wrong?
In the documentation, it mentions: "discount_rate_cart - Applies to entire cart however, this variable will only work with the "Upload" Method. Not the standard Add to Cart variables." What is the upload method? All I have been doing is creating/editting the button in my PayPal account, then copying/pasting the code into my HTML. Is there a different way?
Can soeone please help me out? Maybe a step-by-step? I didn't expect it to be this difficult, I've got to be misunderstanding something.
