I am using paypal EMAIL in the Business input field. The thing is I tried with other Paypal Account no issue but only happen to this specific account.

Is there any setting in Paypal I need to enable to make this work?

OK, it does work if I use my PayPal email address so, the question is what country is your PayPal email address associated with ??

The account have already link to Malaysia Credit Card.

I suspose this already set the account to correct country?
