after being a member of PayPal for a little over six months, I've had this problem happened to me twice, but not as long as this. When I had this problem, I had it for about an hour, or maybe one day. But it's been four days now, and all I may do is purchase on verified places (i.e Google ; Ebay, etc.). I'm trying to pay my buddy $1.85 so he can purchase a microtransaction on "Clash Royale". I have a credit card linked, and it says I am a verified member. Any help will do.
