How long does it take to get the refund for a voided label? I prepared, purchased and printed a label yesterday (holiday) and realized after I printed that It 1) had the incorrect address and 2) didn't have today's date for shipping. I voided within minutes. The customer invoice shows "refund pending" but I can't figure out how long to wait to get the refund. I have since purchased a shipping label (using USPS site), dropped the package at post office, and added the tracking number to my customer's sale.
Can anyone help give me an approximate estimate to find out how long it takes them to refund my money? The purchase was deducted from my bank account today and i'm hoping that they will put the refund back into my account this week...
