I have a problem receiving payments too. My client cant send me money. Error message keeps on surfacing when she attempts to pay me. She said she never had this problem before. This is my first time to receive payment so I do not know if there's something wrong with my account. PLEASE HELP
There can be various reasons - the funding source used by the sender can delay, the payment may be under review, a problem with either the sender's account or the receiver's account, an open claim or dispute, etc.
