I was asked to become the only director of a newly founded US corporation which essentially needs a verified Paypal business account.
As far as I learned Paypal requires that everything of a business entity is in the same country - company registration, business address, bank account and the directors residential address (utility bill).
But I am living in Germany and not in the US - a situation which happens to managers ...
So how Paypal handles this situation - US business with director resident in Germany?
