Trying to Add Credit or Debit Card & It Won't Add

Trying to pay a fee for Ebay and I've literally typed in two different card informations on the Add Credit or Debit Card page about 10x each. I've entered all the correct information on both cards and it still comes up saying that the information is wrong--SO frustrating. What do I do?

Does name on card match name on your eBay account?

Yaupp! My name & email is the same on both accounts.

There is two ways to add a card to pay for eBay seller fees: the automatic payment option and the one-time payment option.  Is it not working for either option?

I think I've only tried the one-time payment option. I'll try the automatic one really fast and get back to ya.
