Trouble printing Packing Slip

I just noticed that PayPal has changed the design of their Packing Slip.  When I try to print it all I get are blank pages.  Anyone else having this problem?

I have a similar issue.  The print runs out of the margins, even in landscape mode, rendering the packing slips unusable since they changed format.  I called tech support and they do not have a workaround for it.  This was yesterday and no resolution.  There is no way to revert back to the old format, either.  Why couldn't they just leave something that works, alone?

I have to reduce mine to 70% in Preview Print mode to get it to print the full slip without running off the paper. Then I have to remember to change the print size back to 100% or the shipping label will print out too small. They should have left it alone. I don't have time to do this every time I have a sale.

My packing slips were printing after the new change. The issue I was having (besides it printing way too small) was that it did not show the specific details on items that were purchased, making the packing list nearly pointless.

Now I go to print a packing slip and the printer just shoots out a blank piece of paper. It isn't even attempting to print anything.

Good old PayPal...thry ing chage things when they work perfectly fine and breaking the. The attemping to fix what they have broken and breaking it even worse. Now time tyo do some Google Checkout and Amazon Paymants research.

I have an update.

Even though the new crappy packing slip was printing before when using FireFox....it stopped printing anything at all.

The update is I now see it will still print the new crappy packing slip in IE. So I don't know what they have broken, but IE is doing better than Firefox at the moment.

My current experience is that it prints OK with IE, but the packing list is followed by two pages of graphics that look something like part of a huge pair of shears. I wish it didn't do this. I can work around it if I remember to print only the first page, but if I forget I wind up using three sheets of paper per packing slip, which irks me.
