Transaction Report

I'd like to print a monthly report that does not include the account holds/reversals. 

Is there a way to create this?

You can download your transaction history in a CVS format, then use an application like Excel to sort and display the fields you need.  Here's a link that explains Monthly Statement Reports and another link that explains Activity Download Specification.
