The shipnow feature is no longer supported. How can I print a label without a payment?

My customer sent money by regular post and now I must print a shipping label without a financial transaction. In the new interface, /shipnow simply refreshes the screen. Switching back to classic and trying it there returns the error, "Sorry, shipnow is no longer supported."

So has PayPal completely removed the feature to print labels, and if so, WHY? The whole point of using PayPal is to simplify business, but not if you take features away that I really use. I use shipnow at least once or twice a month and it saves me from having to actually go to the post office, stand in line, and pay the merchant.

Really? I just went to /shipnow and it just refreshes my browser in whatever section I was in at the time.

What url are you using?

I complained multiple times about them removing this feature. I have a lot of customers to whom I want to sample out products, and without a shipnow feature, I have to go to the post office and fill out a shipping label by hand. Ever since they took away that function, sampling out product is such a pain in the **bleep**.

Try a different browser. Also, delete history, maybe by starting fresh the link will work. Also note that people outside the USA can't use this link.

I'm getting a problem with shipnow feature as well.  The page opens then all of a sudden a white box with the open circle continues to go round and round forever with no way to log-off.  Tried several times, so called papal.  Rep said they are having problems with the shipnow feature and he suggested I go to stamps.com. Havn't done it yet. I use shipnow for some things because there is no selection for first class on the USPS online site and the post office is not a pleasant experience.

Thank you, so much! I found this thread while trying to find a way to print first class postage to send my customer a replacement part after the original eBay shipment was damaged during transit. The link worked like a charm and I've copied and saved it for future use. You're a lifesaver!!!
