I'm getting a problem with shipnow feature as well. The page opens then all of a sudden a white box with the open circle continues to go round and round forever with no way to log-off. Tried several times, so called papal. Rep said they are having problems with the shipnow feature and he suggested I go to stamps.com. Havn't done it yet. I use shipnow for some things because there is no selection for first class on the USPS online site and the post office is not a pleasant experience.
