I have an order form my website that came thru as one persons name, but when I look at it, it is a totally different name on the invoice. Also this problem has been happening on my email. I get a notification from PayPal that an item sold and it will be in the name of John Smith, but the actual buyer will be Jane Doe. Ive tried to get help on the PayPal phone help line and went thru the pressing button stage to be left on hold for over 20 min. without so much as a "we'll be with you shortly" . Can anyone shed some light on this problem, and how to fix it?
