Someone using my info

There is another business by the same name using my cell phone number in their info. I get calls all the time from people who are furious at this other business but they say my number is on their paypal info and they are definitely not my customers. How do I go about getting this taken care of?

You would to to phone PayPal customer support for help; no one here can see your account information, nor that of another member.  PayPal should be able to confirm that you are the only PayPal memer using the phone number.

It could be that the number is printed on a receipt by another person but it should not be part of a PayPal invoice or record.  PayPal system won't person multiple members to use the same phone number.

Have you seen any documentation of how the number appears for the other person.  You could ask one of the error callers for more details about exactly where the number appears.
