shipping boxes/envelope for a unopened collector Barbie. What do I need to send it in thru USPS? It doesn't weight much but it is a rather big box so I don't think an envelope would work . Has anyone else shipped a Barbie ?

A USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail box would probable work.  You migh be able to find one at your local PO.
