Hi, when I calculated the shipping costs of the item i placed on Ebay, it obviously used the Continental U.S. I had $20 for shipping. The person who purchased my item is in HI and the shipping costs tripled and basically is more than half of the purchase price of the item I sold. How do I fix this?
