Hi I have a US paypal account which is unverified. 

I checked the sending limits which says lifted, but I need to know the exact sending limit, could anyone help?

And with that being said, Can I send money with a myvanillagiftcard- A visa gift card using paypal?

not sure if you can use your Visa gift card,try linking it and see .
