I thought I read somewhere that I can refuse a refund for a particular person on PayPal. Where would I set this up?

There is a lot of fraud with bank checks. They used to be good, but the counterfeiters have it all figured out. You deposit a bank check and it all seems good until the counterfeit check makes it back to the originating bank which refuses it. Your money is taken back. Buyer gets free furniture.
