Seeking a payment solution

Hi, I need a payment solution for website which work in Malaysia country. I need payment APIs which have few functionalities like below :

1) Admin bank account must be configurable with paypal account, so admin can transfer paypal account money to his account.

2) APIs to received payments using customer's Debit card / Credit card / Bank Account information

3) APIs to add customer's bank account information and send money to those accounts in future 

Please suggest me, Is there any payment solution of paypal by which i can get those functionalities.

ask you IT STAFF to contact Paypal IT

I doubt you can configure customer bank information and send money via paypal to their bank account,they would need their own Paypal account and transfer the fund themselves

a better idea is to apply for a merchant account with your local bank in MALAYSIA.

you know Paypal charges 3% conversion for foreign currency
