Hi I have customer pay me on PayPal account and the money on hold until I shipping the stuff just I am car dealer and the customer take the car already what I have to do and the money 21 days now my phone number ********** please GeV me a call thank you.

We reply on here, we don't phone folks.

If you are selling a car then you should not really accept paypal as you have 0 seller protection.

Funds are held for new sellers for 21 days unless they can provide proof of delivery of the item to the buyer via a tracking number, as you can't do that with a car then you will have to wait the 21 days unfortunately.

You should have sold cash on collection or bank transfer instead of paypal.
