After a person gets their "refund" of return shipping cost, how do they actually use the money? Does it actually get sent to you or can you only use it on new Pay Pal purchases?
The only restrictions with PayPal's Return Shipping On Us program is the 12 claims per calendar year and up to $30 per claim. There are no other restrictions. So, yes, you can use the amount that you're refunded for whatever you would like to use it for to your full legal extent.
