We don't know all the details about your account. If your payment is being held, there's a reason.
There's about 20 questions to ask however, that's a bit overkill for here -
* is your account verified ?
* is this an ebay sale ?
* what's the status of the transaction ?
* do you have any open disputs or claims ?
* is there an issue with the sender's account ?
* there could be a problem with the sender's funding source ?
And I could keep going ........ but, that's kind of a waste of time.
Bottom line - if your account is "verified" meaning you have completed two out of three steps listed below, that's a great start:
* Linking and confirming your bank account
* Verifying your credit or debit card information
* Providing your social security number.
Next, if your account has no open disputes or claims - that's also in your favor.
If your account is in order, then the delay may be on the sender's side.
